In the extreme case, I have had valued sales representatives load a 700 lb capacity chair in his vehicle and drive it to me to meet a referral source need. In many cases, too numerous to mention, I have gotten critical dme on a next day, no freight basis to keep our core products in stock. Further, when I want to investigate changing my formulary of in stock products, Lake Court is there to bring various options to the table along with accessories and knowledge.
